Elegance Boutique specializes in personalized jewelry and customized items. We offer a range of products, including engraved necklaces, custom bracelets, personalized rings, and unique gift items tailored to your preferences.
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple. Browse our online store, select the item you wish to personalize, choose your customization options, and add it to your cart. Then proceed to checkout, where you can enter your shipping details and proceed to payment by MCB Juice or Bank Transfer using your order number.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Once your order is placed, it usually takes 3-5 business days for production, and an additional 5-7 business days for shipping within Mauritius. International shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Can I return or exchange a personalized item?
Since personalized items are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact our customer service team if you have any concerns.
How do I care for my personalized jewelry?
We recommend keeping your jewelry away from harsh chemicals, perfumes, and water to maintain its shine and longevity. Store your pieces in a cool, dry place when not in use.
What if I need to make changes to my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, we may not be able to modify your order as it may already be in production.
